  • No more than 5-8 pieces of content -- keep it relevant, concise and grab their attention!
  • Use Sales Streams post- demos, sales call and serve up content as closely linked to their use case, persona, industry, etc.
  • Make the title as specific to the prospect/company as possible
  • Always personalize the “Description” with a personal message using names - this catches attention and will be previewed in the tile embed in your email
  • Bonus Tip #1: continue to update Sales Stream with new content as you move through different stages in the sales cycle and make it a central repository for all of your content shared​
  • Bonus Tip #2: Share content (either directing back to Western Computer Resource Centre or Sales Stream) as a way to re-engage accounts that have gone MIA/quiet or as a reason of why you’re reaching out!
