Customer Success Story: Gibsons

Growth by acquisition had created a disparate IT environment at Gibsons, with multiple platforms, redundant applications, and spiraling support and maintenance costs. To address these challenges, the company engaged Western Computer to upgrade their existing Dynamics AX 4.0 system to Dynamics AX 2012 R3. Western completed the redeployment with minimal disruption to the business, and helped Gibsons consolidate numerous applications onto the new ERP platform. Since deploying Dynamics AX 2012, Gibsons has streamlined operations by automating manual processes, gained greater visibility into operational performance, and implemented tighter financial controls across the company.

"Western delivered on time, on budget, and there were no problems after the go-live date," said Richard Hannah, VP of Information Services at Gibsons. "We were very happy with the results at the end of the day."
