March 23, 2020 Tammy Radecke

The 2020 release wave 1 for D365 Business Central planned for April 2020 has some great new features I’m excited to share with you. As a Dynamics 365 Business Central user, this is one of your perks—automatic updates and enhancements. Microsoft continues to invest heavily in D365 BC, which means that as solutions experts we always enjoy helping you through this new functionality.

Microsoft gets ideas for improvements both from developers and from listening to user requests and feedback. A recent favorite from 2019 release wave 2 is the ability to select default purchasing codes on an item card. This highly requested functionality has helped our customers streamline their workflows and daily processes.
